Municipality of Port Hope Business Park2013 Business Park Development Guide

Purchased in 2010 by the Municipality of Port Hope, the Business Park is a 19 acre subdivision consisting of a variety of lots.  Situated ideally to the south and adjacent to Highway 401 between two major interchanges with easy transportation access.  Lots are fully serviced.

The lands are designated "Employment - General" and "Employment - Service" Zoning: EMP1, EMP2 provide the opportunity for a broad range of uses.

Surrounding land zoned for employment and commercial uses.

The Municipality recognizes that a combination of multiple lots may be required to suit the needs of potential industry and would support such an application.
