Whether you are seeking a small retail outlet or a large industrial site, the Municipality of Port Hope Economic Development office maintains and inventory of available lands and buildings to assist with your business location needs.

Looking for Existing Facilities?

Several excellent locations for industrial, commercial, and office enterprises are available. Existing spaces range from 200 square feet to 80,000 square feet and are located in prime locations in designated industrial areas, Croft Street Industrial Park, the downtown heritage district and municipal gateways.

Thinking of Building?

The Municipality of Port Hope offers a multitude of greenfield land totaling 2,500 acres or over 1,500,000 square metres of potential floor space. Much of this land is located along Hwy 401 including the fully serviced Croft Street Industrial Park. Our eastern gateway business area located on Peter Street offers commercial and industrial properties from 1 acre to 20 acres. Unserviced areas totaling over 900 acres are prime areas for potential development. Whatever your needs, the Economic Development office will assist you in finding the right location!
