THINKING OF EXPORTING? ALREADY EXPORTING WANT MORE INFORMATION?
The Regional Trade Development Initiatives is a partnership with the Northumberland County, Quinte West and Peterborough Community Futures Development Corporations that provides many resources tailored to fit your exporting needs.
The services provided include:
- Consultations: Find answers and develop solutions with a one on one consultation with an Export Development Consultant.
- Business Resource Interface: Access to a wealth of government and private sector export related information and materials.
- Seminars: Group and individual presentations to uncover needs and provide information to meet such needs.
- E-Commerce: Introduce potential exporters to this rapidly growing resource as a means to market their product or services.
Other services include:
- Facilitate access to fully integrated government of Canada trade services.
- Provide relevant, useful information about exporting.
- Assist in preparing smaller businesses for the challenges of exporting
- Assist businesses in identifying and pursuing foreign market opportunities
- Assist exporters to promote their goods and services abroad through trade missions and shows
- Access market development funding
- Access world-class risk management, trade finance and contracting solutions
Appointments with an Export Development Consultant can be scheduled directly with the Consultant or in conjunction with the Municipality of Port Hope Economic Development Office (905) 885-2004.
