Boards and Committees

The Municipality of Port Hope Council has established a number of advisory committees for the purpose of providing advice to Council on matters within the committee's mandate. In some cases, Council has established local boards to administrate matters under specific Provincial legislation. All local boards and committees report directly to Council and the Clerk's Department has general oversight of administration over the committees and local boards on behalf of Council. See the menu on the left hand side of this page for a list of the various committees.
