The Role of the Parks, Recreation Culture Department

The mandate of the Department of Parks, Recreation Culture is to enhance the quality of life for Port Hope residents through Parks, Recreation Culture. Each year the department assists and provides leisure services for in excess of 300,000 participants. Over 70 different programs for all interests and age groups, from infants to older adults.
