COMMUNITY NOTICE - SITE PLAN APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR 25 HENDERSON STREET

As part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve communication with the community, we are pleased to provide notice of a Site Plan Application from Alban Merepeza c/o Port Hope Commercial Realty for the lands municipally known as 25 Henderson Street. A sign has also been posted within the lands subject to the proposed development.

The application seeks approval for the development of a one-storey professional office with a total gross floor area of 1,114.8 m2 (see elevation renderings).

A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP07-2018) is available for review between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Development Team Office, located at 5 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
