TRAFFIC AND PARKING BY-LAW AMENDMENT

Residents are advised of a Traffic and Parking By-law Amendment for the change of the existing two way stop at Elgin Street South and Francis Street to a four way stop.

The Port Hope Municipal Council will consider an amendment to the Traffic and Parking By-law No. 39/2008 to provide for a four way stop at the intersection of Elgin Street South and Francis Street at the Council meeting on July 3rd, 2018.

A copy of the draft By-law is available for download, or at Town Hall, located at 56 Queen Street and the Development Team Office, located at 5 Mill Street South. Notice will be advertised in the Community Pages section of the Northumberland News and posted on site.

Written public comments are invited to be received until 4:30 p.m. on Friday June 22nd, 2018 for consideration by Council at their July 3rd meeting.
