Settlement Reached Regarding Mason Homes Development - Phase 5B Lands

At their meeting on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, Municipality of Port Hope Council announced that a settlement has been reached regarding Phase 2 of OLT File OLT-22-003126 (also referred to as Phase 5B Lands) of the Penryn Mason Homes subdivision development. Water Service Shut off for Water Infrastructure upgrade

Residents are advised that the Water Division will be completing water infrastructure upgrades on Thursday, July 20. This work requires water shut-off to approximately 50 residential homes between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Municipality of Port Hope Appoints Brian Gilmer Interim Chief Administrative Officer

Today, Council for the Municipality of Port Hope announced that Brian Gilmer has been appointed interim Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Brian is currently the Municipality’s Director of Corporate Services / Clerk and will serve as CAO throughout the recruitment process to fill the permanent position.
