Paper Passes Update |
Do you have a paper punch pass for swimming, skating, pickleball or stocking stuffer passes for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture activities? With COVID-19 restrictions continuing, we anticipate that the return to regular drop in activities without reservation requirements will continue to be delayed. In order to assist our customers who had previously purchased passes, we are offering the opportunity to trade in passes for a refund to account. A refund to account will allow you to reserve your drop in activities and pay with the credit. The refund will be equal to the value of the remaining passes of the purchased amount. Credits on accounts do not have an expiry date, therefore can be used quickly or can be used when you are ready to return to your activities. Account CreditsIf you would like to request a refund to your account, please bring your paper pass to the Jack Burger Sports Complex (for swim/skate) or the Town Park Recreation Centre (for gym activities) and staff at each of those sites will process your transaction. Please allow three business days for the transactions to be completed. You will receive an email receipt of the credit that has been placed on your account. The deadline to exchange your pass for a credit is April 1, 2021. Thank you for your continued support at this time as we continue to find safe and accessible ways to offer you access to recreation facilities and programs. |
