Donation requests for 2025 emergency relief |

As per approved July 5, 2016 Committee minutes, staff were directed to provide a listing of annual requests for consideration during the annual budget process, allowing Committee to approve which annual requests they will provide assistance to. Any request received passed the specified deadline is to be denied, except for those requests that did not occur in the prior year. (i.e. Emergency Relief). If you are requesting a non-annual donation request for emergency relief or an unforeseen circumstance in 2024, please complete the 2025 Donation Application. We will accept 2025 non-annual donation applications by mid November 2024. Please send us your completed form by one of the following:

New: Community Strategic Initiatives Funding Program
The existing Community Grants and Donations Policy is transitioning to a new Community Strategic Initiatives Funding Program. This initiative is designed to optimize the allocation of taxpayer funds, ensuring they align with and support strategic municipal priorities and foster future innovation.
Program funding details, including information about how to submit a proposal for funding will be available on this webpage in early 2026.
