A Service Delivery Review is an evaluation process in which a specific municipal department or service is reviewed to determine the most effective and appropriate way to operate. This process improves the understanding of the services currently provided by the Municipality of Port Hope. It provides clarity and better information to allow the community, Council and staff to make informed strategic choices regarding those services.
