Tickets, Fines and Penalties
There are different enforcement tickets, fines and penalties associated with by-laws, parking, and fire safety violations. Depending on the nature of the offence, you may receive a Parking Infraction Notice (parking ticket), an Administrative Monetary Penalty (AMPs), or a Provincial Offences Act (POA) ticket. Each type of penalty has its own payment, review, and appeal process.
