As part of the Municipality‚Äôs ongoing efforts to enhance communication with the community, we are pleased to provide notice of a Site Plan Amendment Application from Dobri Engineering Ltd on behalf of Sunrise Tourist Corporation for the lands municipally known as 3923 County Road 28. A sign will be posted within the lands subject to the proposed development.

The application seeks approval for a 274.50 m2 addition to the existing 421.83 m2 RV dealership which will result in the building having a total floor area of 696.33 m2.

A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP04-2019) can be made available by way of email.
