Residents are advised of two upcoming public information sessions regarding the development on the property on Thompson Drive:

  • A public Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. This drop-in style open house is non-statutory and is being hosted by the applicant to provide information to area residents
  • The Municipality of Port Hope, in accordance with Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act, will hold a statutory Public Meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall to consider a proposed application to amend Zoning By-law 20/2010 (File # ZB07-2019) and an application for a Draft Plan of Subdivision (File # SU01-2018)
