Site Plan Approval Application - 33 Mill Street South

As part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve communication with the community, we are pleased to provide notice of a Site Plan Application from Valenova Holdings Inc. for the lands municipally known as 33 Mill Street South. A sign will be posted on the lands subject to the proposed development.

The applicant seeks approval for the development of a 1-storey microbrewery with a total ground floor area of 514.68 m2. The microbrewery includes a tank-room, tap/tasting room, packing and storage space, kitchen, office, front patio along Mill Street South and roof-top patio. (Click here to download the subject lands map and drawings)

A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP06-2019) is available for review between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Development Team Office located at 5 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
