At the recent Committee of the Whole meeting, Council Members considered Report CS-03-24, which explored options for filling the vacant seat in Ward 2. After comprehensive discussion, direction was provided to appoint the runner-up from the 2022 Municipal Election for Ward 2 as the potential new Councillor.
