A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Committee Room at Town Hall, 56 Queen Street, Port Hope.
At this meeting, Council will move into a closed session, in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. c.25, to address the following matter:
- Receive a confidential update from the Chief Administrative Officer regarding Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. (AECL) Negotiations related to Centre Pier - Section 239(2)(h) and Section 239(2)(k).
