Update on 65 Ward Street – Case Management Conference

The Municipality is providing an update on the status of the property at 65 Ward Street.

Background

In January 2025, the Municipality provided an update regarding the Motion for Leave to Appeal, filed by Southbridge, which was scheduled for review by a panel of the Courts in December 2024. Current Status

The Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) will conduct a Case Management Conference (the “CMC”) by Video Conference for this matter.
