Special Council Meeting – March 13, 2023

A Special Council Meeting will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom as part of the ongoing 2022 to 2026 Council Orientation. Due to limited availability of the presenters, this session will be held virtually.
At the meeting, Council Members will receive training on open versus closed meetings and access/privacy considerations for municipal officials. The session is open to the public and a video will be posted to YouTube following the meeting.

Residents are advised that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall as part of the ongoing Council Orientation. At the meeting, Council Members will be given a high-level overview of the zoning by-law.

2023 Proposed Budget to be Presented to Council on February 7

The Finance Committee concluded their budget meetings yesterday, February 2, after two days of public deliberations. A by-law to adopt the 2023 Capital and Operating Budget will be presented at the next regular Council meeting on February 7, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. The meeting will also be live streamed on the municipal YouTube Channel.
