The Caroline Street outdoor rink relies on mother nature to provide consistent cold weather in order to make ice. The rink does not have a refrigeration system. Our practice is to begin ice making when long range weather forecasts indicate daytime highs of minus eight degrees Celsius or colder for a period of five days or greater. Administrative staff holiday hours will take effect beginning on Thursday, December 24 at 12:00 p.m. and will resume on Monday, January 4, 2021 at their regular office hours.
During this time, municipal administrative offices remain closed and administrative staff services will not be available.
