The Municipality of Port Hope is in the process of assuming ownership and operation of Knoxville Cemetery and has submitted By-laws to the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act 2002. Public safety officials in the Municipality of Port Hope announce that Rave Mobile Emergency Alert is now available to all residents, replacing the previous Rapid Notify system.
