Shaftesbury Murdoch XIX Inc. will be in town next week filming scenes for an upcoming episode of Murdoch Mysteries. Filming will take place on John Street and Augusta Street.
Tuesday, November 11
Film crews will be set dressing both John Street and Augusta Street. Beginning at 3:00 p.m., Crews will begin reserving parking spaces on John Street, Augusta Street, Pine Street and Queen Street in anticipation of the filming on November 12.
Wednesday, November 12
Filming will take place on this day with the following impacts:
- John Street (Walton Street to Augusta Street)
- Road Closure: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Intermittent pedestrian control: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- No parking: from 3:00 p.m. (Nov 11) to 11:00 p.m. (Nov 12)
- Augusta Street (from John Street to Queen Street)
- Intermittent traffic and pedestrian control: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Lane closure: from Pine Street to Bramley Street South at 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No parking: from 3:00 p.m. (Nov 11) to 11:00 p.m. (Nov 12).
- Pine Street (from Augusta Street to Dorset Street West)
- No Parking: West side from 3:00 p.m. (Nov 11) to 11:00 p.m. (Nov 12).
- Queen Street (near Augusta Street)
- No Parking: East side at Augusta Street (4 visible parking spaces)
Thursday, November 13
Film crews will be removing set dressings. Crews will occupy five parking spaces on the west side of John Street.
