A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 56 Queen Street, Port Hope.
At this meeting, Council will receive a presentation from Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. regarding the Final Consultant Report and Recommendations arising from the Ward Boundary and Council Composition Review. Following the presentation, Council will further consider this matter, and may select an option to guide the Municipality’s next steps. If Council does choose to select an option, a By-law confirming Council’s decision will be presented at a future Council Meeting.
This meeting is open to the public and will be live streamed on the Municipality’s YouTube channel.
