Temporary Transit Service Outage - Cobourg Shuttle

Update 12/5/25: The mechanical issue has been resolved and Cobourg service will resume Saturday, December 6 at 9:00 a.m.
The Cobourg Express Shuttle is currently out of service due to a mechanical issue. At this time, we do not have a timeline for when service will resume. In the meantime, the ROLLS van will provide temporary transportation, where possible. However, please note that it can accommodate only two riders at a time. Candlelight Walk and Santa Claus Parade Road Closures and Parking Disruptions

The Candlelight Walk returns down Walton Street and this year is going to be bigger and better than ever as we celebrate the conclusion of the Walton Reconstruction Project and kick-off the holiday season with a downtown street party on Friday, November 28.
The following day, on Saturday, November 29, the Santa Claus Parade will also take place on Walton Street at 1:00 p.m. Residents are advised of the following traffic, parking, and transit interruptions to accommodate these events:

Downtown Closures to Accommodate HBIA Trick or Treat Night

The annual HBIA Trick or Treat night has grown in popularity, attracting over 500 children last year. This year, to improve safety and enhance the experience for all, there will be road closures to accommodate pedestrians.
From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, the following closures will be in place:
Road Closures- Walton Street (from Cavan Street to Mill Street)
- Ontario Street (from Thompson Drive to Walton) local traffic only to Brogdens Lane
- John Street North (from Augusta Street to...
