Sewer Inspections on Walton Street

Residents are advised of upcoming sanitary sewer inspections on Walton Street for infrastructure maintenance and improvements. The inspections are scheduled to begin on Monday, March 29 and are expected to be completed by Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Wastewater division staff will be performing the inspections using a closed-circuit television camera on Walton Street from Church Street to Mill Street.

National Day of Observance for COVID-19

The Government of Canada has designated Thursday, March 11, 2021 as a National Day of Observance for those who have died of COVID-19.
To date, more than 22,000 Canadians have died and over 800,000 have been infected by the virus.
In honour of the National Day of Observance, the flags at Town Hall have been lowered to the half mast position today.
